It it just sitting there, and the little blue circle is going round and round
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: webmail.powerc.net
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: what ever is suggested, I am 68, disabled and this is my route of communication and it just stopped one day

How long ago did the blue circle behavior start?

I have tried Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla.....this has been going on for over a month now and there has been 3 service reps out here and they say they have it fixed, and leave and it is still not working....
