What is happening when you attempt to delete your emails from inbox? Are you receiving any type of error message?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
No error message - nothing happens either by using the delete command at the top or by right
clicking and using the delete selection at the bottom of that menu.

Would you like me to set up a remote session, which will allow me to connect directly to your screen and assist you quickly with this issue?

Expert:  Mr.Med replied 6 months ago.

First try this solution :

Do a “hard delete” the message by holding the SHIFT button while clicking on the Delete button or using the Delete button on your keyboard.

This message will now skip the Deleted Items folder and will directly be permanently deleted. Outlook will display a warning if you really want to do this.

Thank you
