My e mail is***@******.***. I'm trying to get into a chat room with someone regarding my account. I have a severe hearing problem and can't use the phone
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes. I had a cousin call and they gave me a price of 140.48 for my bundle. I got my bill but the price didn't change.

Customer: My e mail is on my computer. I'm 92 year old and am not up to date on all the new technology so please bear with me.
