I can't send emails
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Telstra
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On a computer desk top
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have unplugged, turned off computer and waited and started again. When I go into emails a message keeps coming up to enter my user name and password ***** can't get rid of it. I can receive emails but not send
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Our power went off in September and emails didn't work for about a week so called Telstra and they helped me out and gave me a new password ***** it worked for a while but now having trouble
