I wish to change the name that appears when an email is received; that is when an email is received from me, I wish to change the name that appears FROM.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I am not sure.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have an ACER desktop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went to Google ....Thunderbird, and followed the direction: Tools; Account settings; Manage identities etc. That name that appeared is correct, however when an email is received it shows my wife's name and not mine.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
