I have been asked--on my iPhone, iPad and iMac--to log in and when I try do not seem to be able to complete the process. This happen today, in the morning, for apparently no reason. What can I do?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: Yes I have. I have tried the password ***** system and then when I get to the point of typing in the password, the space disappears. There are directions to go to open up something called "go.c/recover" might not be remembering this quite right) but when I do they begin to ask for more information than "name of first pet" etc.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: It depends on the day, or whether I am traveling. I use all three most day, depending on what I am doing. Probably read most email on the IMac.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This is the first I have queried gmail or anyone else.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so. Nothing otherwise abnormal. First time I have had a problem like this.
