JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Went to sign in to my***@******.*** it was gone and went to
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: As I was saying, I cannot get into the 362 address I need it

Just clarify, do you mean nearly 400 contacts of Gmail account are missing?

I just want my email addy from gmail back to***@******.***. Yesterday for some reason it was changed to 363 instead of 362. Now I cannot get into the 362 and am screwed. I have payments and notifications and orders set under the 362 address. Need to see the mail. HELLP

It was not possible to be changed itself or by Google, 363 was highly likely created by yourself or someone related to you.

Anyway, you lost control to the 362 one and tried getting it back. Did you ever associate your cell phone or 2nd email address (such as 363 one) with the 362 address?

I give up. But, will answer your questions. Yes, I have lost the whole account and all the people or companies I was dealing with. I could not get anywhere with google. So, I accepted that 363 it was going to be. Found out how to have all my emails forwarded to 363 from 362. This happened when I was doing an update from google chrome. I did NOT change it, which means google did.
You all need a better system of "helping" folks btw. I did not feel better dealing with you all. No one helped, seemed I was passed around.
