I have been having problems with windows live mail for some time now I keep having to set up the mail. I can then access my emails for a short while with no problems except being able to send anything. After a while I am unable to receive email through the site but have to log onto webmail to gain access . I have uninstalled windows and installed again a few times but the problem still exists regards ***** *****

Customer: The problem exists on both of my laptops and am conversant with both
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: phoning telstra to set up the email site whenever I have to set the email site again have done this 5 times on this laptop in the past 5 weeks in fact the problem arose when I purchased this laptop a few months ago I do not like the outlook email server at all, the same problem arises there too

Customer: yes how to solve the problem getting very frustrated not being able to rectify the problem
