I cannot get into my yahoo email. I know I messed up somehow, and I would like to use the password ***** have used for years, but it will not let me in.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: Past 24 hours
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none. I was supposed to get a new way to get a new password (forgot password?) but since then, boo hoo. It was supposed to get sent to my g mail (alternate) but then I was unable to get into both accouonts.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am so upset I can't think. Please be advised that I have a brain tumor and I process information very slowly. Thanks. did you vote????
