I have an iphone 6s purchased in August of 2016 that says it is disabled .Can you help?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: i access my email by phone...it is my partners phone that is down.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Telus says it cant help...it has to be repaired by an apple dealer.
