I just upgraded to Sierra and now I can't use Thunderbird to access e-mail. The network connection does not work and I get an IMAP error
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Google accounts but Thunderbird is the platform
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Directly through Thunderbird. If your'e not familiar with Thunderbird, I will move on
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing yet
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just need someone who's familiar with Thunderbird. Otherwise, it's a waste of time
