I can't get it.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: I guess comcast can't get it!
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I can't get !it at all.(comcast)
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I try getting it by xfinity and comcast but it doesn't work.
