I had a total problem with my e-mail...nothing was working on my PC, phone, ipads. I consulted with Comcast, they managed to straighten out the receipt of e-mails, but I still cannot get mail out. Please help
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: comast. Outlook 2010
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: All three....
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Called Comcast, did not really get help, just some printed matter concerning how to program Outlook 2010. Could not understand it at all.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just need to be able to easily handle incoming and outgoing e-mail...which I've been happy to be using for years./
