I forgot my password ***** the aol address I used to have I deleted. the phone number I used to have is no longer valid either.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: I got rid of it about a month ago because they were charging me 9.95. I got it years ago when I was deployed.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: all of the above, however I have been able to login because I forgot my password ***** I cannot reset it because of the number and email no longer available
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been using Yahoo's help center which is no help at all
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
