JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: 10 days ago yahoo urged us to change password ***** e-mail and after that my e-mail was hacked

Customer: trough web on friend table top computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Are you sure the email was from real Yahoo?

How did you change your password? By clicking a link from the email or changing password ***** way from Yahoo profile? If it is a link within the email, you might be visiting something else not Yahoo and they already grabbed your real password.
