I wish to delete my yahoo account
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: It's not really an issue. I opened it back around 6 or more years ago in order to find renters. I didn't wish to give out my personal email address. Now I wish to delete it as I do not need it any more.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my computer through Safari, I guess. But it's been so long since I opened up my Yahoo that it won't take my I.D. nor my Password ***** so I'm kinda stuck in limbo...
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: You name it, I tried it. I tried to get a new password ***** and that's when I discovered it didn't like the U.I. I put in. So, I couldn't change to a new password ***** delete this myself....so between a rock and a hard place....
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so...
