Gmail comes into my iPhone 6 and iPad but not my computer or iPhone 7. Gmail will not allow me to retrieve my password...doesn't recognize me. Have been trying since Friday.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Three days.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Signing in with my address, having authorization # sent to my Comcast address. I put it in and it tells me it doesn't recognize me which makes no sense since the mail is coming in on my pad and older phone.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of.

I am afraid you cannot reset the password ***** your account. The main reason for this is because you are not able to verify your ownership of your account. The only valid verification of ownership is by answering the security questions and the other questions in the recovery process. Since you cannot access the recovery email stored in the account, and you cannot tell when exactly the account was created, there is no way to reset the password.
