JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: I just swithced frm Century link to comcast, so very recently
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Customer: i have searched the web to make sure I have the right configurations. Sendin is okay - not receiving
