Hi Can you tell me what the problem is? And can you fix it?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Live.com, i don't kow I have a pic of the error message that is coming up but can't work out how to post it here
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have an icon on my desktop (laptop)
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing, I can't seem to do anything.
