Can you sign into Gmail (www.gmail.com)
Then click on the gear wheel in the top right then click on settings.
Then click on Filters.
delete any filters listed there
Once done, send an email to yourself and tell me how it now arrives please.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. ok, Click the Gear > Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP. In the Forwarding section, make sure that it doesn’t have this delete option selected.

If you sign in on the other account does it work ok there?

Click on Download in the middle of the page
Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
