Cannot access emails been like this for 4 days
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: windows live mail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browers
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I dont know how to do that every time I click on to the icon a folder comes up to say its retrieving mail but the bar line doesn't move
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
