I am receiving email and the attachments are missing. they do appear on my smartphone, but not on my desktop.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Go Daddy (exchange account) and Rogers (in Canada).
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my desktop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
