JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: telstra.com.au
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on phone or tablet are ok but on google putting in telstra.com.au I.ve lost it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I bought a pc health adviser to see if it was the computer
