JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Only in the last week
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On a computer through google
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried gmail but it keeps saying it does not recognize my account, and I never had to use a password ***** get into it, so if I did have one at the beginning I can't remember it
