When I try to get messages, I get an error that says Unknown command d23mb397113770qvb
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: The address is***@******.*** and my son set it up and it's through Google
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: It's working fine on his phone but not on our desktop nor his laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Deleted the account and then added it. Haven't rebooted. I just reinstalled a new Windows 10 after the last upgrade had corrupt files and I've been reinstalling everything all day. So far, this is the only thing that isn't working. And my email is fine.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything else.
