Customer Question

I have an old email (2013) in Outlook that has an attachment. I can see and open the email, but the attachment has been changed to 'Archived attachment list.txt' and when I open that file it just has the title of the original attachment.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: It hasn't. I don't typically look for attachments that are archived.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Outlook on the computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Google
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nope - just how to retrieve the attachment
