Hi I am trying to get my new email address changed in Outlook express
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: we just received uverse yesterday
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: outlook express on my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I changed in account settings I think I am putting in the wrong incoming mail server and outgoing mail server
