can't remember password, reconnected from Michigan and only worked until 10 am this morning
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: dodm
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: didn't intend to reset either, but I really gummed it up!
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: my so is trying really hard from wisconsin to help. need to reinstall with user name***@******.*** and password *****
