I am able to sign in but can't see my emails. It just keeps going to a log in page. The same page comes up when I try to get into Outlook.com
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: I have a couple weeks ago.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I'm using a desk top. I log in from the msn home page through firefox
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I disabled some plug ins and cleared browser
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

I did refresh and signed in to outlook but it is coming out with the same result. It just asks to sign in again.

Please click on Start->All Programs->Accessories, then right-click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator. Then type each of the command lines below, one line at a time, and press the Enter key each time:

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

netsh int ip reset netshlog.txt

Then power off the comptuer

remove the power to your internet modem

Wait 5 minutes

Power on the internet modem

Wait 5 minutes

Power on the computer and tell me if you now can sign in please.
