Hi. I just "u to their ddypgraded" via GoDaddy office354. I have ipad, iphone and a PC laptop. The emails are synching like they should, but I cannot get the calendar to synch between all devices. I've been online with GoDaddy and they think it is an apple setting. Can you help?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Exchange Server. Thru GoDaddy
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: On apple devices? yes. latest version on phone and ipad. Just did the upgrade to Go Daddy's Office365.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've been on the phone with GoDaddy for an hour. After I've spent 2 hours trying to google the answer for myself. The GoDaddy went thru setup settings on the ipad/phone and they are all correct as far as he can see.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have no idea.
