Hello, For some reason I am not receiving any of my emails on Outlook I use my email through my.fsu.edu webmail
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: about two weeks I did not realize for about a week. I just thought I didn't have any emails
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: When I pull up my email it will make a noise as if I'm getting new mail but then nothing shows up
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: What do you mean by troubleshooting?
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Thats all. I just need to be able to receive my emails Okay thank you.
