Just clarify, which situation are you referring to?

1. You can't access Gmail from here at all.

2. You can access Gmail, but you can't log in using your Gmail username and password.

BTW, is there any mobile device of you accessing the same Gmail box as expected?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
There is a mobile device but that will not make a difference. The servers don't change!

I need an answer, not a connection.

I guess you are referring to the annoying $39 popup for remote assistance from your side. Just ignore it. The site seems to be a bit crazy about this hehe.

What do you mean about this? Can you please first clearly confirm my question 1 and 2?
