JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: I have a facebook and instagram set of questions. I'm happy to pay you for your time.***@******.***. Thank you. I live in Dallas Texas.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use my ThinkPad laptop for email. My assistant accesses my email on her IPhone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None personally. I have asked my web master who is a smart person to look into my issues. He lives and works in London. He hasn't made progress on my troubleshooting issues.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No thanks. My issue has to do with Facebook and Instagram and not with my email per se.
