Customer Question

A high School boy set up my gmail account. Until today I didn't realize he had enter his own verification code plus his name came up when I was looking at my account. Can I get his name and verification off and just have my e-mail:***@******.*** and my own verification code?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since he set it up early Sept. or late August.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I never knew how to respond to your e-mail, but took time today to try and figure it out. I'm not very techie. I was just trying to put in my password ***** it wouldn't let me so I made a new password. then it asked for my verification code and I was lost, then I assume Skylar's code was now my code.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, I have a few friends who also have gmail accounts and I am unable to receive their messages.

Do you have access to your gmail account? if yes we can modify your name and maybe remove the verification code that he put, also do you know this high School bo, if yes you can ask him to remove the verification code.

Thank you

I do know him, if he removes the verification code, how do I go about putting in my own code?
