don't know what is going on,PayPal pays my PG&E. My monthly payment is reduced by $6. for a while how can I change it Judith Grogan-Shorb
JA: PayPal, Debitcard or credit card are all fine. Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: AT&T I get a copy of bill should bill be sent to paypal
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I am a real dummy. I have AT&T I guess it it browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just tried to get a phone number. I somehow talked to someone when I first signed up (duh) she said unless I have my bill sent directly they would pay the same amt. every month, but to call them when it changed
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Maybe I should have PG&E mail it to paypal, I appreciate your help/
