The first thing to do - despite perhaps having a distinct memory of having ordered three - is to check the receipt for the order.
Most sites that you order things from, send an email as a receipt for the purchase. Look for that in your appropriate email account (the email account that you registered with groupon) and see what the order receipt email lists, whether it lists 3 ordered, and how much payment is mentioned.
The amount listed in your receipt email is important, whether the number of items, or the amount charged/paid.
