I think what is happening is that your exchange server is forwarding the email
but gmail is picking it up and it says that it is from facebook but they know that it is not coming from a face book ip address or mail server. so they flag it.
what you want to do is rather than forward it from the business account go into gmail and have gmail pull it from the business account under accounts and import. It will do the same thing but That way they know exactly how it got there.
