i have been trying to get the race tonight, i put in my username and my password ***** goes to another screen and ask for my e-mail and a code. i never got a code so i tell it to send it again and i never recieved it. been trying to get this for two days.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: reset ?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: shutting computer and phone down
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: if i put everything in without the code it just keeps going in circles, right back to the beginning
