i have a friend that has a daughter they are from itly and can't speak english, so they asked me to contact you to have her daughters facebook account removed, she was only 12 when she created her account. she does not want her on facebook. can you delete her from facebook?
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: like 1 1/2 months
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I don't really know, she has been sent to a school for behaveual problems, i know it has been before that
