My email changed to Outlook.com mobile experience format. I do not use a mobile device and I want to revert back to the Outlook email format I had
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: just started this morning when I opened my office email
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through web browser on an iMac
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just tries the settings but no option to revert back to hotmail
