it won't list any incoming emails for the last 3 days, all i see is a totally white page without any emails showing. i have 2 different email addresses which this effects.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: outlook.com
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: i use public wi fi where i login with username and password
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i haven't tried anything for it appears to me this problem may be going throughout outlook but perhaps i'm mistaken. for the last 2 days i attempted to get tech support but u r the first person i've gotten to speak to about this. because it was so hard to contact anyone i felt it might be a network problem
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
