My email is not the problem. I am trying to publish changes on my web site I created on Site Builder years ago and my password ***** longer works. What is going on. Frustrated.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: It is the original. Never did reset.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser on my PC and it is also on my tablet.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. A few weeks ago we were advised to change our password ***** our PC and we did so. I tried that password ***** site builder but it did not work.
