gmail keeps "timing out", forcing me to multiple log-ins and/or dropping email before I can open even ONE!
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: almost a month getting worse
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on a 6 yr old lap-top using Firefox
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
