Oh hello Pearl - help! I am a 60 year old freelance and not brilliant with all this tech stuff but I had to change my gmail (?) password ***** couple of times yesterday and now my emails are not coming through from last night. I keep getting a box asking for my username and password ***** when I type the new password ***** the box just keeps coming back! HELP please, kindest, Moira

Customer: Since yesterday - Gmail sent me an email to advise me that my password ***** changed and said that my account was now all fine again but that stupid little box keeps popping up and I cannot receive any emails.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Hmmm, on my laptop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have Googled a query but gosh, all the replies do my head in.
