I am trying to terminate my yahoo account.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: 2 days. I terminated and reactivated to try and just terminate one profile I was not successful Now I cant terminate both profiles.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: via windows live essentials email mail client
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I got all yhe way to the terminate page. It would not accept the verification. I tried about 25 times.
