When I try to log in it says that my account has been closed. My user name is cleveringa1dad. Any idea why this has occurred?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: Don"t know I can"t get into my email account.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser, and it comes up at netscape.com
