I can not send mail. It says I-have name conflicts in my hotmail account
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: about 2 weeks. I have a new computer, but don't see why that would matter
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I only have problems with my computer. I can send mail on my i pad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I haven't because I don't know what an IMAP is. Not sure where to go to rectify a problem I don't understand.
