Customer: it would probably be years
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: just on my home computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried to remember the password ***** no luck. I'm also not very good on the computer.
