Customer Question

Hi, we run MS Outlook 2013 in our office on a central machine, where 5 or 6 people read, manage and print emails/orders. We should flag them red when dealt with and or printed. Sometimes they get flagged and not printed and we overlook an order. Is there a way we can get it to flag when printed, maybe another colour to emails that have just been read and require no follow up action. Any other suggestionjs would be appreciated.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Microsoft Outlook 2013 linked with our website server
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Outlook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: There is no errors with the program it is all to do with setup rules I suspect
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

You mean the single copy of Outlook 2013 (on the same PC) to be used by multiple users or multiple users use their copy of Outlook to access a shared public folder?
