Do you have a paying AOL account or using their free services?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
free service but put in my credit card to troubleshoot
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
There is no recovery button
Expert:  Josh replied 5 months ago.

Thank you for that information.

The reason that I asked that information is because paying AOL members have a better chance for AOL to help with recovery compared to their free services. The emails may be able to be recovered by AOL but there is no guarantee. At this point, the only option available to contact AOL directly to see if they can restore the emails.

Please call 1-***-***-**** and ask if they can help recover the emails. Please remember that I have no control over their decision.
